1.Jewelry making starts with an idea

"The main thing is not the fabric! The most important thing is this idea!" (Coco Chanel). Like fashion, jewelry is made from an idea. Jewelers’ designers begin their work by writing the imagination on paper. They first sketch out the ideas, which constituted a primary outline of the jewel. Then they process it later.

2.Jewelry prototype

The next stage is to make a jewelry prototype, which is grown from 3D printers and used to make jewelry silver samples. This is a time-consuming process because gypsum needs to be evenly dried.

Once filled, bubbles and bubbles remove the bell jar and negative atmosphere from the "deburring" flask from the mud. Then a burnt flask will have no remaining wax or resin, leaving a hollow impression that the trees and sculptures are burning from it.

The next stage is jewelry casting. When the flask is cooled, the form of investment is destroyed, and the remaining gypsum is cut off. At the same time, the so-called feeder has been removed.
